Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the ClearPlan Scheduler mobile application and related services provided by Möbelhaus Michaelis GmbH (the “Service Provider”).
What information does the Application obtain?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, standard technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted by network infrastructure solely to establish and deliver the connection. The Service Provider does not retain this information for tracking, profiling, or advertising.
Precise location data
ClearPlan Scheduler does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Sharing with third parties
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not sell, rent, or share such information with third parties.
We do not retain your personal data
The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side account, profile, analytics history, or personal-data archive for normal use of ClearPlan Scheduler.
Any transient technical information required to establish network communication is not intentionally retained by the Service Provider for tracking or profiling.
Deletion is straightforward
Since the Service Provider does not keep a personal-data profile or account for normal use, there is normally no server-side personal record to delete.
Uninstalling the Application removes the Application from your device. If you have separately contacted Möbelhaus Michaelis and voluntarily provided personal information by email or another direct method, you may request deletion of that information by contacting us.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or market the Application to them.
Security
Because ClearPlan Scheduler does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a server-side exposure of personal information is limited. The Service Provider nevertheless uses reasonable safeguards for systems it controls. No technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Application, related services, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version with a revised effective date.
